generation MEMS/GPS based inertial system for high precision
targeting, navigation and control.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities This is a very challenging
position developing an embedded platform for real-time processing of
inertial and GPS data. This includes embedded software architecture
design and RTOS driver development, data sampling and processing,
protocol implementation, SW module integration and quality
assurance. You must be able to write high quality code that is
resource efficient and maintainable, be comfortable working within a
team and adhere to applicable SW development procedures and coding
standards. We are looking for a self-motivated quick learner who can
understand inertial system technologies and GPS concepts. This
knowledge will then be applied to various task such as algorithm
implementation, system testing and integration activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electrical
Engineering or equivalent, M.S. preferred
- 5+ years experience in embedded SW development and experience
with the full embedded SW development life cycle
- Experience with embedded RTOS design and driver development
- Proficient in C/C++ and strong embedded SW debugging skills
and familiar with embedded processors and assembly languages
- Proven experience with solving real-time embedded issues
including threading, optimization, memory management, interrupt
handling, and power consumption
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle
multiple tasks concurrently.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of GPS and inertial devices.
- Experience with digital filter design, random process modeling
or Kalman filter tuning
