The Crossbow Cares program was started in 2007 as a way to organize the many community endeavors of Crossbow and its employees. Social and environmental responsibility are drivers of our culture. We strive to make opportunities for the company and our employees to contribute to the global community around us.
Relay for Life 2008
– The Crossbow Cares Team exceeded their goal for the event, we raised over $10,000! Congratulation to the team, and a big thanks for all who supported our team with their generous contributions.

Voluntary Employee Payroll Deductions
• Current Participation level: 45%

Team In Training
• Individual Employees are participating in the Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society Team In Training program in 2008.

• All recyclable materials in the office are converted to cash
at recycling centers
